This equipment is specially used for hot stamping /forging forming processes of high-strength steel, including punching, bending, twisting, undulating. shaping, forming, stretching and other processes. The material is widely used in automobile manufacturing, aerospace. ships and bridges, engineering machinery and other fields.
Brief Introduction of Features:
1、The racks of this equipment are all specially designed After finite element computer analysis. each frame is annealed and aged after welding to eliminate welding stress, effectively control the amount of deformation. and ensure the strength. rigidity and service life of the rack;
2、The fuel tanks are respectively placed on top to absorb oil independently. and the main cylinders are controlled separately to form various combinations of output to achieve the required tonnage;
3、This equipment uses servo proportional valves and ring valves , high-response servo pump control systems. and optimized piping systems to achieve stable, reliable and fast loop operation;
4、The American DELTA motion controller is used in the control to realize an 8-axis closed-loop chain control system, which is fast and stable, and can achieve an extremely short cycle under full stroke and full pressure, which greatly improves production efficiency.
