Scope of Application:
This equipment is specifically designed for various metal sheet metal separation and forming processes, including cutting, blanking, punching, trimming, bending, twisting, embossing, bulging, and deep drawing. It is widely used in electronics & electrical appliances, automotive manufacturing, hardware & home appliances, food & beverage utensils, and other fields.
Brief Introduction of Features:
1、The equipment frame is uniquely designed, analyzed via computer finite element analysis (FEA). After welding, each frame undergoes annealing and aging treatment to eliminate welding stress, effectively control deformation, and ensure frame strength, rigidity, and service life.
2、The hydraulic oil tank is top-mounted for smoother oil suction. Piping is centrally arranged for rapid response and sensitive operation. Extensive shock absorption and cushioning measures are adopted, effectively reducing the probability of leaks. Pipes primarily utilize German 37° flaring (weld-free) and Walform self-forming ferrule processes, resulting in almost zero leakage.
3、The equipment employs a servo pump control system, featuring a simple system structure, convenient operation, smooth running, and energy-saving & environmental protection. Combined with rapid feeding and unloading systems, its operating speed and efficiency approach that of mechanical presses, reaching the highest domestic level for comparable equipment.
4、The equipment uses Siemens PLC programmable logic controllers (Germany) and MTS (USA) or Balluff (Germany) displacement sensors, ensuring excellent signal interfacing and line integration with peripheral equipment. The HMI uses a Chinese/English color touchscreen. The electrical cabinet separates high-voltage and low-voltage components, and wiring conforms to CE requirements. This ensures international compatibility, strong recognizability, easy reading/writing, and simple operation.
