Dedicated Hydraulic Press/Line for Automotive Interior Parts Molding
Scope of Application:
This equipment is specifically developed for molding automotive interior parts. It is used for the hot pressing/compression molding of various materials such as felt, plush, non-woven fabrics, thermal insulation cotton, acoustic insulation cotton, and aluminum foil. The equipment is widely applied in automotive manufacturing, home appliances & interior decoration, marine & aviation, and other sectors.
Brief Introduction of Features:
1、The frame features an enlarged and widened design, with ample operational space on all sides. This facilitates flexible and convenient connection to heating tunnel ovens from any direction, allowing for easy positional adjustment.
2、Incorporates a servo pump control system with logic-proportional control. The hydraulic system utilizes an integrated piping layout, primarily employing German 37° flaring (weld-free) and Walform self-forming ferrule processes to achieve virtually leak-free operation. Multiple safety circuits are implemented to prevent unintended descent of the middle slide (crosshead), ensuring operator safety.
3、Equipped with Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC programmable logic controllers. The Human-Machine Interface (HMI) features a Chinese/English color touchscreen. The electrical cabinet design separates high-voltage and low-voltage components, ensuring convenient and simple operation.
Optional Configurations:
Industrial oil cooler / condensate water circulation system, tunnel-type heating oven, automatic feeding mechanism, etc.
