Hydraulic Press for Die Spotting / Try-Out / Matching
Scope of Application:
This equipment is specifically developed for die spotting, die matching, and die try-out operations in mold shops. It is widely used in mold testing, inspection, matching, and trial production during the initial stages of mold manufacturing.
Brief Introduction of Features:
1、All frames are analyzed via computer finite element analysis (FEA). After welding, each frame undergoes annealing and aging treatment to eliminate welding stress and control deformation. The lower platen can be moved out, and the upper platen can be tilted 90-180°. The return stroke achieves precise positioning, ensuring accurate mold closing.
2、Utilizes a servo pump control system with logic-proportional control. The integrated and compact piping layout minimizes leaks, and multiple safety circuits ensure the middle slide (crosshead) does not drop unexpectedly, meeting European and American safety standards. Enhanced mold opening force design facilitates easier mold separation. Pipes primarily utilize German 37° flaring (weld-free) and Walform self-forming ferrule processes, resulting in almost zero leakage.
3、Equipped with Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC programmable logic controllers. The HMI uses a Chinese/English color touchscreen. The electrical cabinet separates high-voltage and low-voltage components. Features precise inching control for easy mold adjustment and user-friendly operation.
Optional Configurations:
Industrial oil cooler / Condensate water circulation system, lower platen moving-out, upper platen tilting, four-corner slow opening / four-corner leveling function, external core-pulling / ejection circuits, mold temperature controller / chiller unit, vacuum system, film tearing and cutting integrated machine, etc.
