Thermoset/Thermoplastic Composite Product Molding Press / Production Line

Scope of Application:
This equipment is specifically designed for the compression molding of thermoset and thermoplastic composite materials, including SMC, BMC, DMC, GMT, STM, LFT-D, LFT-G, etc. These materials are widely used in marine & automotive, construction & building materials, power & electrical appliances, electronics & telecommunications, rail transit, home improvement & sanitary ware, aquaculture & animal husbandry, aerospace & aviation, and engineering machinery sectors.

Brief Introduction of Features:

1、All frames are analyzed via computer finite element analysis (FEA). After welding, each frame undergoes annealing and aging treatment to eliminate welding stress, effectively control deformation, and ensure frame strength, rigidity, and service life.

2、Adopts a servo pump control system with logic-proportional control, featuring a simple system structure, convenient operation, smooth running, and energy-saving & environmental protection. The thermoplastic press utilizes a large-capacity accumulator bank design, characterized by rapid pressure build-up and high molding efficiency.

3、Piping is arranged in an integrated layout. Pipes primarily utilize German 37° flaring (weld-free) and Walform self-forming ferrule processes, resulting in almost zero leakage. Multiple safety protection circuits ensure sensitive response, meeting long-term safe production requirements.

4、Equipped with Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC programmable logic controllers. The HMI uses a Chinese/English color touchscreen. The electrical cabinet separates high-voltage and low-voltage components, and wiring conforms to CE requirements. This ensures international compatibility, strong recognizability, easy reading/writing, and simple operation.
